FURIA beat NAVI 2–1 to reach the IEM Beijing playoffs

NAVI took Ancient, but FURIA answered on Nuke and Cache to complete a 2–1 series win.

Map trade and comeback

FURIA defeated NAVI 2–1 in the IEM Beijing 2026 group stage. NAVI won their Ancient pick 16–12. They led 9–3 after the first half of Nuke, but FURIA fought back, forced overtime and took the map 16–12.

Decided on Cache

On the third map, FURIA built their advantage with a run of eight consecutive rounds. NAVI narrowed the gap and kept the contest alive late, but FURIA protected the lead and closed Cache 13–10. All three maps were therefore needed to decide the series.

Bracket consequences

The result secured FURIA a place in the tournament playoffs. NAVI dropped to the Group A lower bracket, where they must continue fighting to stay at IEM Beijing. For FURIA, overturning the large deficit on Nuke was the pivotal passage of the series.
