The team trailed 3-9 on the opening map before winning 10 of the next 12 rounds and starting its run to a clean series victory.
Nuke comeback
Nemiga defeated FUT 2-0 and reached the semifinal of a major tournament for the first time in the tag’s history. The series opened on Nuke, where FUT built a 9-3 lead. After the side switch, Nemiga changed the direction of the map by winning 10 of the next 12 rounds and closing Nuke with a 13-11 score.
Dust2 closes the series
On Dust2, Nemiga did not allow its opponent to force a deciding map. The second map ended 13-9, completing the series at 2-0. The team therefore cleared the quarterfinal without dropping a map and secured the first major-event semifinal ever achieved under the Nemiga tag.
Vitality next
Nemiga will face Vitality in the semifinal, with the winner advancing to the final. The upcoming series extends an already historic tournament run for Nemiga. The victory over FUT did more than keep the team in contention: it established a new best result for the tag at a major competition.
