PGL allows free Singapore Major 2026 community broadcasts through CSTV
Independent creators may stream matches non-commercially but cannot retransmit the official show.

A PGL Singapore Major 2026 community broadcast must use only the in-game CSTV feed.
PGL will let independent creators cover matches from Singapore Major 2026 without a fee, using any language and any platform, including several services at once. The stream must remain non-commercial: creators may not charge viewers, sell footage, or display advertising, sponsors, product placements, or sponsored overlays.
CSTV only, no official feed
Only the in-game CSTV spectator feed may appear in a community broadcast. Restreaming an official broadcast is prohibited, including an official livestream available inside the game client. CSTV already carries a built-in delay of 180 seconds, so creators do not need to add another delay.
Who may broadcast
The rules cover individual creators, not unlicensed commercial broadcasters, media companies, or production studios. People banned from Valve events may neither run nor appear on the stream by voice or video. Creators must not imply affiliation with PGL, Valve, or event partners; a breach may trigger a takedown without prior notice.
