Wear is the main story
The red paint covers the whole blade, and it doesn't hold up well. On a Battle‑Scarred copy large parts of the blade are bare silver steel with only patches of red left, and the web is hard to make out. On a Factory New copy the blade is evenly red with a clear black web. The gap between its cleanest and most worn exteriors is dramatic, so on this knife the exterior is the first thing to check.
A narrow Factory New band
Factory New ends at 0.07, so on this knife it only covers 0.06 to 0.07. At the other end, Battle‑Scarred continues up to 0.80. The float guide explains how a skin's own range interacts with these bands.
Pattern and related skins
The pattern number changes where the web lines sit on the blade, for example how centred they are. To judge a specific copy, compare its screenshots using the patterns guide. The knife shares its cases with the Karambit | Fade. Red-themed ideas are in the red skins selection.
