A narrow Battle‑Scarred band
The skin covers floats from 0 to 0.50. Battle‑Scarred starts at 0.45, so it only includes floats between 0.45 and 0.50. In other words, even the most worn Neo-Noir is far from the heavy wear you see on skins that go up to 1. The exteriors guide shows the full table of boundaries.
Where wear shows
The artwork sits on the body and stock, in blue, pink and magenta lines against black and grey. The barrel and the top of the receiver are white with a thin cyan stripe. On a Battle‑Scarred copy the white areas turn grey and lose the clean stripe, while the comic-style artwork keeps most of its colour. If you care about the white parts, aim for the lower exteriors.
The USP-S pair
The USP-S | Neo-Noir uses the same style with a single figure, but comes from The Spectrum Collection. The AK-47 | Asiimov also comes from the Danger Zone Case. See all sniper rifle options on the AWP page.
