Strong contrast, full coverage
The red base covers the whole pistol, including the frame and the grip, and the cyan creature wraps around the slide and the side of the frame. Red and cyan are opposite colours, so the design stays readable even from a distance. Its red base makes it a natural fit for the red skins selection.
Where wear appears
The float range is 0–0.70, with Battle‑Scarred covering 0.45 to 0.70. On a Battle‑Scarred copy the red paint on the slide chips away and shows dark metal underneath, mostly along the top edge and near the muzzle. The grip and lower frame hold up better. Factory New and Minimal Wear keep a smooth, saturated red. If you are choosing between Field‑Tested copies, look at the top of the slide; that is where the first chips appear. The float guide explains why copies inside one exterior can differ.
