Wraps instead of gloves
Hand wraps are layers of tape wound around the hand and the wrist rather than a sewn glove. The Cobalt Skulls version uses bright cobalt blue tape with a repeating print of small skulls in a darker blue. Such a clear blue makes it a strong base for a blue-themed inventory; see the blue skins selection.
Float and wear
Factory New only covers 0.06 to 0.07, and Battle‑Scarred continues up to 0.80. Fabric wraps don't show wear like painted metal: on a Battle‑Scarred pair the blue is a little lighter and more washed out, and the folds look rougher, but the skulls are still easy to read. If you are fine with a slightly faded blue, worn copies keep the look surprisingly well. The exteriors guide explains the bands.
